Pocho Perez is considered one of the best of Colombia's vocalists. El Negrito is a collecction of Salsa and Cumbia.
The son of Ali Perez, a well known Atlantic coast singer,Pacho Perez is considered to be one of the best vocalists in Colobia. Poncho performed with nthe Orquesta the Pacho Galan led by his father before forming his own band. With Pocho Perez y su orquesta he has since achieved recognition in hos own right and has been awarded the coveted Congo de Oro at the Baranquilla Festival in Colombia,and as a soloist the super Esterlla de Oro.
