Elegua 1
by Merceditas Valdes
A slow-temp afro- melody. Elegua is the owner and god of routes and roads, whose role is that of a (child-like) relayer of messages, orders or warnings to all the other orishas. Hi is the deity of the crossroads of life and opens and closes the gates. He is both day and night, a tireless supporter and tower of strength, personifying laughter, woe, life and death, the beginning and end.
